App doesn't link Fitbit - can't get my rewards

Besides the app almost being down on a daily basis, waiting for almost an hour to be served by a call agent and Vitality's platform clearly not being able to handle its product offering, I am STILL unable to link my brand new Fitbit to my Vitality account and therefore I don't get any of the active rewards I am entitled to nor do my team members. Discovery as offered no solution and I have logged calls. Ref ***.
