App and website dont work

Unfortunately I have tried calling but they don't answer. I rejoined Virgin Active this past weekend and I have tried many times on my Discovery app to activate the rewards thing to get points for gyming. When you press activate it takes you to their website which tells you to activate on the app. Back and forth with no luck. I have been to gym once this week and its not showing on my vitality.<br> Whats the point of the app or website if you cant actually activate it
