Allocation of points for outdoor event denied

<p>I recently completed the Sasfin Gerald Fix 10 km walk. I was allocated 300 points for the workout instead of 600 points. I contacted the Rockies athletics club to ask how to obtain the results sho that I could submit to Discovery Vitality. I was told that Entryonline would submit results to Vitality. When I queried with Vitality, the reply I received was that I didn't attach my results even though I stated in my email that I did not have the results on screenshot and that the results were directly submitted to Vitality.</p> <p> </p>
