All my Vitality miles disappearing from the app!

Good morning

I requested a representative that I spoke to on Monday to send me a email with the query and reference number for this issue and received no response! If I do not contact discovery they do not contact me! The representative that I spoke to on Friday, also said that this issue has been send to the relevant department on Friday, when I contacted Discovery on Monday to see what is happening with the query I got told that the query was only logged and send to the relevant department on Monday morning, how do you as a company communicate something to a customer on email and then it is not done, as a customer I am once again really disappointed in the rate of service that I have been receiving for the Discovery Vitality department and call center,

First I never got my discovery game boards now that I receive them they also do not allocate to my miles! Had 6 plays this morning and again it did not allocate to my discovery drive miles balance! No one at discovery can tel mewgat is going on, not even why my discovery miles just disappeared from my app! Balance on 0! Your level of service is extremely disappointing!!
