Activite Rewards not Honoured Despite Providing Evidence

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I partook in a cardio stepping activity and used my Apple Watch to track the activity which included my heart rate. During the 29th minute of my workout my watch died- this was at 7pm. After charging the watch it was once again usuable and able to track my activity at 7:07pm. Unfortunatley the watch terminated the workout at the point where the watch died and thus my workout was recorded at the 28 minute 15 second point. Upon switching the watch on after the charge, I started recording another workout since I couldn't continue recording from the previous workout. As I was aware that Discovery only rewards you for activities of 30 minutes and more, I ensured that my "2 workouts"-which were seven minutes apart- exceeded 30 minutes. Note that this was actually a single workout but due to the watch dying for 7 minutes it was recorded as two workouts.</p> <p> </p> <p>After furnishing the details of both workouts to the vitality active rewards team they decline to honour the workout as a 30+ minute workout. My evidence included screen shots from the Apple Activity app which is also shared with Discovery anyway.</p> <p> </p> <p>I find it appalling that this workout could not be honoured given all the information at hand.
