Active Rewards Points not awarded. Discovery lack of responsiveness.

Unfortunately their Active Rewards does not work well, often the points that are earned via Discovery Insure are frozen in the APP and it does not award the points as Discovery promises. This leads to customer dissatisfaction. When I use the APP to get help and send an email for urgent support nobody cares to answer. I have experienced this problem over the past month. Several times I have missed out on points/rewards. I have already tried to re-install my APP yet this doesn't help..... and as mentioned Discovery doesn't help either.
