Active Rewards are a joke!

Discovery Vitality is ripping its customers off! I train hard 7 days a week to ensure I achieve my active rewards goal and to get the surprise reward. However, CONVENIENTLY. before any of the passes can be used there is an error on the system!!!!! I have lost 5 passes to date and my current surprise reward of R100 voucher at a selected vendor is no longer working. We as customers pay our monthly fee for vitality as well as gym membership fees and this is the thanks that we get! I am on the verge of cancelling everything!!
