Activate Movie Benefit for my dependent

Discovery vitality has been sending me from pillar to post since beginning January, I have wasted so much airtime and data trying to add my dependent on my movie benefit virtual card,besides I have followed all the necessary steps even filling in the Vitality Kids Health Review.I resorted in calling Ster Kinekor directly but there's nothing they can do to help until Discovery contacts them directly. I'm dissapointed beyond measure with their service.
