ABUSE OF AUTHORITY

<p>I was a member of BANKMED Medical scheme up until October 2016 and had also taken up Discovery Vitality during my period with BANKMED. after resigning from bankmed in October 2016, i sent a letter to Vitality requesting to terminate my membership with them as well as i have resigned from BANKMED (Their partner).</p> <p>i recieved confirmation from them that they had cancelled the membership, however till today they still run debit orders on my bank account which i nolonger use for Salary purposes. Now for the past 3 months this has affected the bank account very negatively as the bank is charging me unpaid item fees for the vitality debit orders that are returned every time they debit due to insufficient funds. i still need this account for future use and i cannot be inconvinienced by vitality in this way. i have been calling vitality every month and till this day this matter is not being resolved. I respected Discovery so much, but due to my experience with them for the past 3 months has shown me that i can never refer anyone to them. they are not adhering to TCF (Treating Customers Fairly).</p>
