Absolutely useless!

Discovery Vitality is absolutely useless! I've been waiting for R1000 cashback that was due 13 January and after logging 2 complaints, I was now promised it will be paid 13 May! Another R875 that was due 13 April, also hasn't been paid and I will also now have to wait until 13 May.

The healthy gear vitality benefit makes empty promises 90% of the time. Although their call centre is helpful, they can't do much more than log the complaint with headquarters, whom definitely doesn't care about customer service.
