Absolutely pathetic!!!

My experience with Discovery has been horrible from the get go, and I honestly have nothing good to say about the brand or it's representatives I have had to deal with. No queries gets resolved, they have thousands and thousands of terrible reviews across Twitter, Facebook, Google, Hello Peter etc. and still they don't care. They don't care about their customers. At the moment I have a query open that I logged 9 days ago. NO response from Discovery so far, I have been billed incorrectly as I result, lost out on points and rewards and still no one is willing to assist. Absolutely pathetic!!!
