A man of his word

After experiencing an unpleasant back and forth with a lot of Team Vitality reps about delivery of my started kit I finally received it with the assistance of Shaad. When responding to my last complaint, he was patient and understand, made no accusations but rather offered options on how to move forward. I was very skeptical but he gave me his word and delivered! Service like this should be standard but comes few and far! The reps that I dealt with really need to take lessons from this young man! Thank you very much Shaad!
