A lot is broken on Vitality systems in 2020

There are so many things wrong with the Discovery functionality. Ref *** - my son has been dropped off the family's Vitality profile. The Biokinticist cannot load my son's Fitness test onto his profile. I got all 3 "rings" last week - was supposed to get an extra "play" today, but only got the std 3 for Fitness, Driving and Money. I have been set a Health Goal to do my Health Assessment, but I did that in the 1st week of the year.
