Firstly, I stopped earning cash back for Healthy Food MONTHS ago. Today, upon the 10th attempt to get an answer out of this *****ulent company, I am told I have been labeled as doemant as I havent done a Health Check in 36 momths. ZERO COMMUNICATION RECEIVED, ut the monthly debit orders keep going.

So naturally, I cancelled.

Problem number 2. The 11 000 Discovery Miles I have accumulated cannot be used for anything without a Discovery Bank account. I now have to spend the miles in tiny, very limite vouchers in the Vitality Mall.

Third problem. Discivery has removed the private gym I train at from the list of partners without any notification.

Hence, I now get R400+ every single month for NO BENEFITS. This is absolute theft!

Steer clear of ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING related to Discovery.
