5 enquiry's and still unresolved

Vitality rewards have been deleted from my account before the expiry date. When queried each time I was asked for different piece of information and asked to enquire it again. This is the 5th time I've submitted a complaint over the same problem and now I'm being asked to supply information that is in my complaint query already. Wake the hell up and read your customer complaints in full this shouldn't take a month to resolve.
