3 weeks to capture a cell number and email

I am an adult dependent on my moms medical aid. In order for me to use vitality features such as get my digital movie card and vitality active, I have to be registered on the discovery website. You can not just register on the site, vitality first have to capture your email and cell number. I have sent numerous emails and keep getting told to reply with my details. I have done that now 3 times with no reply to any of them. Surely it can't be that hard to capture an email and cell number that it has to take 3 weeks!!! You try encourage people to stay healthy with vitality, but just something as simple as registering on the website is such an issue!!
