3 months free vitality ****!

I cancelled my vitality earlier this year, as I was frustrated by the fact that I wasn’t getting what was promised (regarding rewards).

I was then contacted by vitality in September, to try and get me on board again, the consultant promised 3 months free vitality. My last two premiums were NOT free and I was debited, AGAIN, discovery not sticking to their promises!

Really frustrating to constantly fight and phone in to get what was promised.
