28 Days & Counting!!!! The WORST SERVICE YET!

<p>i reported an issue with Discovery Vitality on 1 Nov, to which I was told that it would take 5-7 BUSINESS days to solve. 27 days later...... I am STILL waiting. I call Dsciovery at least 3/4 times a week and keep getting the SAME rehe****d response. Last week i logged a query on their website, and I was asked to Inbox my details.... which I did. I am STILL waiting to hear back from someone. I have spoken to over 10 "MANAGERS' at Vitality ...and each one of them has promised me to get the issue resolved.... to this day NOTHING. In the last week alone, I have spoken to 3 Manager, the last one bieng Ravi Pillay on 24 NOv who PROMISED the issue would get resolved by Friday and he would call me back. Not one of them has ever called me back..... I am on the phone with Vitality - and have been on hold for 45 minutes now. THIS IS DISGUSTING!!!!! I am on one of the most expensive packages on Discovery.... if you are thinking of getting a Medical Aid, DO NOT GO TO DISCOVERY! </p>
