23 days later and no response

Good day <br> <br> I dont know anymore how to get Discovery to answer me or to call me back. When i eventually got hold of someone at their call centre after waiting 29 minutes on hold i was informed that my emails were misread and that my vitality was cancelled. <br> <br> So now i have no idea if my medical aid has also been cancelled due to misread emails. I called 2 days ago with great concern and was told that someone would get back to me. Nothing new that they still havent gotten back to me. My app isnt working so i have no idea if this is because my vitality has been cancelled?<br> <br> My correspondence to their office was sent on the 7th of March 2016. Today is the 31st of March 2016 so i pretty much think that their 5 day turnaround time is over _ and best of all is they misread emails that are in writing....
