discovery cancelled my vitality membership without notifying me and that resulted to virgin active deducting the full gym membership amount from my account. i paid the once off joining fee because i joined vitality through the call center and now vitality is telling me i was suppose to join through the employer. my question is where is my once off fee i paid when i joined discovery if i was not a member of vitality all along. when i call the contact center i am put on hold for an hour with no assistance.
