12 weeks for Refund and waiting .... not so patiently.

I have been waiting almost 12 weeks for a refund on British Airways flights booked through Discovery Travel. The last time I phoned I was told I am going at the bottom of a "waiting list". Even the telephone numbers ***, *** and *** are absolutely useless. I was number 1 in the queue for over an hour. All travel queries are sent back to British Airways who are unable to help us. It has been so long that my reference number has already been archived with British Airways.

This is pathetic.
