Unashamed ineptitude at Discovery service

How can Discovery pretend to be such a great service provider if the advisors just dont give a damn about helping you. Sizwe Msimango from Discovery is such a person. After email and phonecalls he still leaves debits to off against my bank on the wrong days. This is costing me cash every month for his ineptitude in doing his job proffesionally. He can clearly not read emails from his clients, nor respond in due time to sort out issues from his clients, he just sits back, it seems like, and laughs at the client trying to sort out his problems.
