You do realise that you are playing with peoples lives

Apparently you can't change your beneficiary and claim at the same time. What **** is that? I've been trying to escalate matter and been holding for more than 20minutes. At no point when we spoke to discovery life did they indicate that you can't change your beneficiary and put in a claim. So what happens when the beneficiary is dead?
