You are not important enough to receive assistance

In 2004 I took out two life insurance policies.One for myself and one for my Mother who was at the core of my bussiness.In April 2014 it became increasingly difficult to afford the almost R6000 pm as I had to run the business by myself AND take care of my mother 24/7 and her financial needs as she was diagnosed with cancer in 2011 and not doing well.Discovery said I should speak to my advisor.The advisor said that I should try and keep up with the premiums.On the 17th of November 2014(on record)I phoned the advisor again for help in reducing the premiums.He said that I should try continue with the premiums until he can sort it out.(I DID!) In Jan.2015 I mailed Discovery to ask for help as the same premiums of almost R6000 were still being deducted and the finacial advisor was not getting back to me. In Feb.2015 I sent another email to Discovery as the same premiums were deducted once again.I received NO assistance when I needed it the most .My mother passed away in June 2015 and I have nothing to show for all the premiums paid.When I asked for help I was ignored, I sent an email again to Discovery on the 15/08/2015 asking for an explanation. Guess what??!! NO REPLY!!!
