Wrongfull Deduction from Discovery907 Life

Since they promised to refund the money they deducted from my account nothing happened and they also send me a letter to acknowledge the refund but for far less than they have agreed on. I had to phone them again where they admitted that the amount was wrong and promised to rectify the problem once again. It is really strange that a big company like Discovery can not solve an issue like this in due time.
