WOW!!

<p>I recently cancelled my Discovery life policy - financial reasons. I received a call from "Lali" from their head offices. He offered to restructure the policy seeing as I have been a client for 12 years and not missed any payments. He would call back. 10 mins later he called back with a proposal - adjusting here and there - No major cover changes and backdated the restructuring so that I don't owe any premiums and the policy is effective at +/- R 160.00 less per month. Once things are back on track, I can contact him and he will do the neccessary adjustments again.</p> <p> I am so impressed:</p> <p>1) I DO NOT have a policy for millions of rands</p> <p>2) Courteous, knowledgeable, kind and efficient service from this gentleman -an asset to your company.</p> <p>Thank you</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
