Worst service ever - Where is my money???

Discovery is super fast to take a premium, but not to pay out money due to it's clients.

We have given through our baking details to discovery and the broker, the broker told us he had submitted it all to discovery on the 23/06. Apparently it would only take a few days?

Where is my money? Did someone else benefit from this??

Please call me so I can move my life insurance to a business that can actually assist when we have a query.

Tried contacting Discovery Life directly someone would have called me back, never did. Contacted the broker, he sent through everything to discovery but no feedback from Discovery?????
