WORST SERVICE EVER! STAY AWAY FROM DISCOVERY LIFE!

I Recently wanted to update my life insurance with Discovery - and BOY does their service SUCK! it is easier getting a man pregnant than to change ANYTHING with them. NOT ONLY that - they have been charging me as a "smoker" when i am a NON-SMOKER and have been for over 3 Years! They do not accept my "Electronic Signature" when changing my policy - after about 8 emails of them shunting me around back and forth - but they easily accepted it when they sold it to me! worst insurance ever! if They are like that with changing and updating your policy, i can just imagine how they are at claims stage. ******* AND NOT WILLING TO ACCEPT POLICY CHANGES WHEN PREMIUMS DECREASE
