Worst Service

The worst Service by far, a simple downgrade request which was suggested by one of their own consultants is still not done 3 weeks from initial request. I called in to cancel my Vitality plan but was then advice to rather downgrade which is proving to be rocket science. No Updates nothing. You just keep speaking to different consultants every time you call in for a follow-up. They are just loosing the quality and don't respect their clients or clearly just don't care.
