Worst service

It is with deep regret and utter disappointment that I have to write this review. I joined discovery life and my policy hasn't even commenced but I've received the worst service as of recent. Discovery sent me an important document that won't open and for a whole week I tried to have them resend it but no feedback.. I called, emailed and even texted via their whatsapp portal. Not even my financial advicer is responding now that I have joined. First agent I spoke to promised to send the doc. The last one kept me on the phone until the phone dropped while I was still waiting. I don't even feeling like having this cover at all. Ive never received such poor service. I expected more and better from Discovery. And I was so happy and looking forward to be have this coveruntil now when I have an issue and it doesn't get resolved. The service was good through the application process until now
