Worst retirement fund
Discovery Retirement investment or umbrella funds. The worst service ever. I have never even after I have spoken so well of discovery and have been on their medical aid since 2015. But the horrible service from Retirement funds Regional managers and customer service devision, is hell.
No longer answering calls and emails. Bare in mind, it's D Day tomorrow. The money is supposed to be in my account tomorrow, guranteed by the manager but still I havent recieved the statement of account for the withdrawal.
This has been hell. Since May the 22nd 2023. To date.
I am hurt and very disappointed discovery.
Such horrible service from whats supposed to be a word class company.
