Worst Experience ever : Retirement refund

The worst experience ever, I've been sending emails regarding my retirement funds claim since i retired from my employer on the first of June but no response from Discovery. I've ran out of food, schools are re opening and i don't have transport money, today i had to watch my kid eat only rice, tomorrow i don't know what am going to provide for them. Discovery is putting me in a bad position, Their lack of empathy for their customers is putting us in bad situation. All I want is for my provident fund to be paid out. My former employer have sent all necessary documents to Discovery but they just don't care!! I desperately need the money to be paid out that's all.
