Worse service from representatives to leadership.

They do not even deserve that 1 star rating. If the CEO Riaan van Reenen, whom I emailed an hour ago with all email threads of the poor service I have received, does not get back to me by tomorrow. I will be taking them all to social media and will be name and shaming everyone involved. Furthermore, I will be contacting the ED, Adrian Gore. If he does not sort this out too, then it’s game on. And that is not a threat as I have all evidence of all communications.
