Worse service ever

“Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company. Discovery Life’s customer service is beyond appalling, and their claims process is a nightmare. I filed a funeral claim during an already difficult time, expecting prompt support, but instead, I was met with endless delays, lack of communication, and complete disregard for the urgency of the situation. Despite following all the required procedures and submitting the documents in time, they took no action to process the claim.
