Won’t cancel my policy or refund my premiums

Tried cancelling all my policies with discovery 10/03/2022 (1calendar month needed to cancel) request was sent again 05/04/2022. The policy has not been cancelled and they continue to debit my account even through I canceled the debit order with my bank.
