Will never use discovery again!!!!
Worst commpany every!!! Following up on a withdrawal is a total nightmare. Everyday another excuse of to why the payment has not been done yet. I have done everything they asked me to do including sending an email and getting a response from them. Today the 31st of march got a call saying that there is a billing problem this after many phone calls. When said that Im going to write a review on hello Peter all off a sudden I get phone calls by discovery saying they will sort out the problem. Is this only because I mentioned hello peter???? They are quick to call if you are late with a payment but they can take their time processing a claim.

02 Apr 2021, 13:13Okay so I thought the problem was resolved, because after a whole lot of phone calls back and forward at last I was told that my claim was paid and that my money will be in my account either the evening of the 31st of March or the morning of the 1st of April. And guess what no money reflected in my account so guess I was dumb enough to believe them if they only said that the money was paid just for me to stop phoning I dont know. And I was willing to change my complaint to a compliment but now I dont think I want to anymore. Why make promises if you know its not going to happen?? Very upset

07 Apr 2021, 06:27So on Tuesday I phoned again and spole to the same lady about my claim that was not paid yet. And like I thought she told me that the long weekend played a roll in my money not being paid. Okay so then she told me that the money would get paid into my account on tuesday during the course of the day or the latest by midnight tuesday, well its wednesday and guess what: still mo money was paid into my account, I wonder what excuse will be used today?????????
