Why the need to call me all the time?

I have sent through a request through my broker to please cancel my life policy. Since then I have gotten multiple messages that you tried to contact me and couldn't reach me.

Yes, I'm in rural Nigeria with terrible reception and ***** internet. I am not going to take international calls.

I even responded in WhatsApp making this clear and you sent 2 more messages after that, as I was chatting to the void.

Do you not read? Is your WhatsApp communication a one way channel? Was my instruction not clear? Do you doubt the validity?

You gotta do better than this. At least explain why you need to call me, then I can understand the reason behind this.

You now just become one of 100 other things I have to deal with.

I'm not saying I'm the busiest man on earth, but I do have other business to attend to. When I send a request to any company, I expect them to deal with it and not ask a million questions without a reasonable explanation.
