Who phoned me ? Disco Life or Disco Health ?

Had a phone call today. Lady said she was from Discovery. She asked questions about my health- height , weight , am I on a special diet. She also said she would e mail me benefits allowed for each condition. Discovery HEALTH have no record of these calls. It is possible that these calls were from Discovery LIFE . I did not get the e mail as promised. Please can I clarify who phoned me, the reason for the call and reference numbers.
