What happens to my premiums after cancellation?
I have been researching and wondering why am i not getting some of my premiums back on the life cover I have. I checked and found that as this is a risk policy, if I decide to cancel discovery will pay me back the premiums and deduct the costs of any payouts to them. The agent named Nokubonga informed me other wise. Please assist me in understanding who is correct, Your website or your agent?
