Vitality is a unicorn

The worst service ever, I can't begin to explain how bad this service is and the amount of false promises. After a month and a half for trying to get my husband and son onto my life insurance, after signing the counter offer, after endless calls and promises, absolutely nothing! I am sick and tired of calling and calling, emailing and emailing, document after document to get my family on my life insurance in order to activate vitality.

There is absolutely no moment or change, try to activate my vitality through their website, opt doesn't get sent.

This company is based on false promises. This isn't very insuring that my family will ever get the money if something were to happen to me.

We were for years on the medical aid but released this year that was also mistake.

Very disappointed and would never recommend them and their so called "vitality"

I honestly think it is easier to win the lottery than to join discovery and activate vitality (unicorn of policies).

Don't trust or waste your time with discovery!
