Very poor Service

I took out a policy for R2k per month all was good , after covid I downgraded to R350 premium which I cancelled ...They want you to take the policy over the phone but to cancel its such a hassle They have also listed me as a Broker on one of their clients policy and havent called with an explanation to that. Terrible disappointed.
