Useless Broker

<p>I sent an email to my broker Sandra Linda Manda on 6 June 2016 requesting to cancel my policy, she ignored my email and my 3 follow up emails. Only when I threatened to complain online she responded , she promised to assist . 4 debit orders later I'm paying for a policy I don't want anymore because she so ***********. Discovery is a great company as I'm also with Insure but at this rate I'm doubting the quarter people they work with and it left sour taste in my mouth. I need my money back that was devoted since 6 June and she can be held accountable for that. I will complain everywhere possible until I'm assisted.
