Updating of benificiary detsils

I have been a client with these people for a little more than two years now . Requested benificiary nomination forms last year December 2023 updated and completed and mailed back sent all relevant copies benificiary ID . The policy schedule was sent to.me a few weeks back June 2024 the benificiary information was incorrect. I tried updating it on the self help service .Never in my life have I been able to understand why service providers insist that customers make use of such unuser friendly services it jammed up more times thsn not it does not open the full page and it updates half the information you ask of it . I email them 5 days ago they send me a ******** response saying in order for them to access my profile they need to ask me for both my ID number or the policy number . If idiots such as these actually get paid to do the jobs they are in why do they not know who their customers are or how to access our policy profiles this is their stinking ****ing level of professionalism its ****ing dusgusting . The mail furthermore suggests i need to contact my advisor . The stupid **** wont say we will ask your advisor to get in touch with you regarding the matter so it can be addressed in a professional manner what a useless bunch of idiots
