Unwanted vitality added without consent

I am very unhappy with Discovery. Earlier this year we cancelled our medical aid and vitality as we were unhappy with what it cost us and what we got out of the benefit. I still have a life insurance policy with Discovery and was aware that by cancelling vitality I would not be receiving pay back later for my policy with Discovery Life. I told them I did not want and need vitality anymore. Now 7 months later they automatically put vitality back on my policy and I did not approve this decision. This is *****, you can not just add extras to a policy without the customer's consent.
