Unsolicited calls/ SPAM

<p>Nuisance calls from unwanted marketing of insurance and other products. I did not give permission for Discovery to share my contract details. I have expressly stated I do not wish to receive any further communications from Discovery Life or your agents if it is not directly related to my policy. </p> <p> </p> <p>"constitutes an unsolicited communication in terms of section 45 of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act (ECTA), as read with section 11 of the Consumer Protection Act or alternatively, section 69 of the Protection of Personal Information Act "</p> <p> </p> <p>I regret opening a policy with Discovery if this is the harassment I have to endure and will have no choice but to move my policy elsewhere.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
