Unprofessional, ********* behaviour and sympathy

I took a life cover and the DOC is 1st Sept 2026. The financial advisor is KJ MOGOROSI DC - TEAM 3 - LIFE 3 . The debit was supposed to be on the 25 of Aug but the debit order couldn’t go through, with that being said. I’ve contacted mr mogorosi for help. At first he didn’t answer however he answered on the second attempt and he was very rude, he said “stop calling me, am busy” now I’ve reached out to him again to get assistance with adding my disabled child who has been diagnosed with high blood pressure, MoyaMoya disorder, and he reacted with a laughing emoji on that statement and did not show any empathy towards his reaction , I have screenshots of the conversation
