Unauthorised vitality deduction

<p>Hi I joined discovery life in august with my first agreed payment of R250 to be deducted on the 26th of August 2016 but on the 26th a total deduction was made for the amount of R488 only when I received my policy documents on the 29th of August i could see that vitality was added to my policy without approval from my side.</p> <p>I have been in numerous communications with discovery via phone and email and they are now saying my premium will be raised due to Vitality being taken off, which I feel is not fair as I never agreed to add vitality in first place and now I’m getting punished for someone at discovery not doing they're work properly.</p> <p>This has been dragging on for 2 weeks with my latest call to them that took place on Friday the 09 September 2016 with Herschelle where I was on the line for 30 minutes and was told that they are busy with the issue and would call me back within +/- 2 hours its Monday now with no feedback on any line of communication.</p> <p>This really poor service from such a renowned service provider which is very disappointing.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
