Unacceptable service from Sibongiseni of Discovery Life

I made my first enquiry for a life policy during the first week of February telephonically. On the 11 of February Sibongiseni communicated with me> I had to submit forms from my dokter. My doter said that he emailed the documents to Odette on the 16th of February. Today is the 15 of March and all Sibongineni can communicate is that they are still trying to get the documents, documents that emailed the 16th, almost a month ago !!!

If Discovery Life does not want any more clients, they just need to inform the public of this so that we can take our business elsewhere.

In a time like this, I am shocked to get this service. I was so excited to do the complete Discovery experience with Vitality, bank ext. but now will cancel all my products and go to a business that is interested in doing business with me.

Individuals (workers) like Sibongiseni and Odette of Discovery Life will singlehandedly bring Discovery to its knees
