Unable to move Vitality Membership from Medical Aid to Life Policy
My husband and I had Discovery Medical Aid and a Discovery Life Policy. We have moved to a different Medical Aid and want to move our Vitality membership over from the Medical Aid to the Life Policy. Although my husbands and my membership have moved successfully we have been trying to move our kids' Vitality membership over to the Life policy for the past 2 months without success. That is unacceptable service.
