can you explain to me how ? it’s was ever possible for an application for a "the Review Panel attention . Seeing that it’s a special unusual circumstances considered. "

end up not!!even being reviewed but end up at my “Normal Benefit Dept “ since last t week Wednesday!

and even still currently with them.

Which it was never meant for them in the first place at all . !!

As it clearly states on the PMB out of hospital form. application the reasons " for Review Panel attention "" for consideration seeing medically all avenues has failled to date.

With All Medical history of the “ special circumstances “ yet at application has been since the 13th of May.

it has been passed to

3 different departments and since last week Wednesday, as we seem to be at normal benefits department 😌!!

how is it ever possible that someone could get it so wrong . I’ve just spent two hours with an amazing manager name is Sethu and she was able to located 13 th application ref ***

yet you said 3 to 5 working days and it’s made the 10th working day today I do not actually understand it besides that I have called several times in the last two weeks regarding this matter there is the amount of time that I have spent this is totally mind-boggling.

I queried this with at least 5diffrent call centre agents . Most agents received compliments .as they are not st fault for this error

I followed all the procedures that was requested by doctor wrote a motivational letter motivating is the word motivating the reasons why review panel should consider an exceptional case like mine with see-through all the documents for the last 11 months which has been for operations all the results 100% from several tests including a fifth assessment which was on the 28th of April which was originally done from scratch all that documentation was also added photograph scans everything yet somehow it just gets passed along .

I am actually dumbstruck by what actually happened , because this totally is inexcusable and and unprofessional the least to say.

can This long over due application actually get sorted out .

because the manager Seth’s that I spoke to you today for two hours could clearly see what a huge mistake mistake was done .

As I’m have been affected been affected as it went to 3 different departments been passed along. Why I don’t know … It has been stuck in WRONG Dept since last week Wednesday it’s still at the same department and it shouldn’t even be there to go back to a review department and get a manager actually a " Senior Manager someone that actually knows how do you say something please take note of this complaint because it puts a really bad spotlight this time on Discovery because total incompetenc. One mistake OK. But 3 times Honestly t hat no one picked up on it.

Instead just passes it Round abd hope for the best.

and I’m sorry but this cannot be in anyway be excused for just a mistake I’m very disappointed in this whole matter let’s hope that tomorrow someone will actually wake up and actually do the right thing defected Mr Adrian Gore office on the 19th also intervened on this, ref number plus additional notices were added each tone I called a d inter acted with call came tee agent.

13 the May by my Surgeon DrLara Sandri office . With a motivational letter All medical history and scans foe March , June , Oct2021. then 26 Jan 2022 4 th operation . Including the latest full medical results which which were completed on the 28 April 2022 .( which makes it 5 different occasions findings and feedback motivating my case. As well 2 quotations of optometrist!!! form was sent at 8.57 am on Friday PMB _APP_@ discovery .co.z ( specifically intented to " reach the Review panel " regarding cover for basic sight!!

After endless queries and follow ups with reference numbers were provided. yet it Was sent to 3 department .

Funny the place it was meant for when it arrived, fist at. sent it along to 2 incorrect other Ones. Can you believe this.

At my Benfenit Department and it’s been stuck for 1 week. now waisted including " 6 full working days. ". And normal it 3-5 working days for this process to be followed

This PMB application is " a special unusual case. "

That why Doctor had to " Motivational letter from my surgeon including all medical records...etc. "

one week and it doesn’t even belong there it belongs at the Review Panel for special consideration.
